Deeply study and practice the IATF16949:2016 system, and create a new chapter in quality management together!

Against the backdrop of rapid development in the automotive industry, the importance of quality management is increasingly prominent. In order to further enhance the quality management level of the company, Zhejiang Qingda Rubber Co., Ltd. invited teachers from outside to hold an IATF16949:2016 system application learning course for management personnel at or above the class monitor level on December 21st. This measure aims to help company management deeply understand the core requirements of the system, thereby ensuring the stability of product quality and the continuous improvement of customer satisfaction.

This time, I mainly learned about the application of the "Five Major Tools" IATF16949: The 2016 internal audit process, principles for developing the Quality Management Manual, guidance for developing the Procedure Documents process, and specific applications of various forms. The Quality Management Manual and Procedure Documents are the guidelines that all departments, processes, and links of the company must follow uniformly. Through this study, all management personnel of Qingda Company have unified their thinking, established a quality concept, and improved their quality awareness. I have gained a deeper understanding of the company's quality policy of "creating high-quality products, building a brand, providing honest services, and continuous improvement"!

After completing the study, an on-site exam was organized, and questions were set based on our company's quality policy, quality objectives, and other factors. Finally, the grading will be conducted uniformly, and the top three will be rewarded.

Our company will focus on strengthening system construction this year, outsourcing 5 people to study the internal audit process and apply 5 major tools outside of work. At the beginning of this month, Shanghai Aoshi Management System conducted a supervisory review of Qingda Company. Through the learning and practice of the IATF16949:2016 system, Qingda Company will be able to establish a more comprehensive quality management system, achieve a comprehensive improvement in quality management level, and enhance product quality and customer satisfaction. At the same time, this will also lay a solid foundation for the long-term development of the company, helping Qingda Company establish a strong and solid shield in the fierce market competition!
