This year's Qingda has been deeply implementing technological innovation. Developing new products, processes, and technologies such as agricultural tires, grass tires, golf tires, bus airbags, and trailer airbags, with a 10% increase in patent applications, and winning bids for suspension airbag projects such as "Hangzhou Bus" and "Suzhou Bus", has improved the company's market competitiveness.

This year's Qingda has steadily increased its production capacity. With an investment of 40 million yuan, the "Intelligent Factory" project of Qingda Company has been vigorously promoted, and the "Intelligent Workshop" project has been successfully applied for. The No. 1 rubber mixing line has undergone a major renovation, effectively increasing the rubber mixing capacity. The successful production of a 300 ton hydraulic vulcanizing machine and an efficient molding machine has broken through the production bottleneck, greatly improving daily production capacity and meeting the needs of the customer market, receiving praise from customers.

This year's Qingda, safety production is the mainstream. On the occasion of National Safety Production Day, the Yongkang Fire Brigade and the High tech Zone Safety Supervision Squadron conducted a "safety drill" activity at Qingda Company, effectively promoting the safety awareness of all employees. In accordance with the central environmental protection spirit, the company aims to enhance its social responsibility, respond promptly and effectively to sudden environmental incidents, improve its ability to handle and dispose of such incidents, and maximize the prevention, reduction, and mitigation of environmental incidents and their damage. In April 2024, the company conducted an "Environmental Emergency Exercise" to further improve its emergency response capabilities for environmental emergencies and safety production matters. At the same time, the company also passed the "three-level safety standardization" acceptance and established a set of "safety production management system", effectively improving the safety production of Qingda Company.

This year's Qingda has rapidly and efficiently developed green electricity. After three months of hard work, Zhejiang Qingda Rubber Co., Ltd. invested more than 6 million yuan to build a photovoltaic power station covering an area of 20000 square meters with an installed capacity of 2000 kilowatt hours, which was successfully connected to the grid for power generation. This greatly improved Qingda's ability to independently supply power and ensured the electricity supply during peak summer periods.
