2024 Half Year Meeting
On July 19th, under the scorching sun and in the midst of summer, Zhejiang Qingda Rubber Co., Ltd. held its 2024 semi annual business meeting at Jiangnan Art Museum to summarize and review its business work in the first half of the year, study and deploy further deepening reform measures, plan key work tasks for the second half of the year, and support the company's high-quality development. This meeting was attended by department managers and deputy managers, and was chaired by General Manager Li Wenqing.
The meeting aimed to achieve the management goal of "new energy, new strategy, new development, and further growth" in 2024, and compared it with the business plan for the past six months and the completion of work in the first half of the year. Secondly, we must be market-oriented, consistently pay attention to customer needs, focus on needs, and serve customers well. Thirdly, we need to adjust our sales customers. Non European and American customers must increase their sales performance by 20% in the second half of the year. We must strictly follow the development process and improve the one-time delivery rate of new products. According to the company's KPI assessment indicators, identify problems and make timely improvements. We need to improve quality, reduce costs, and minimize energy consumption to enhance the company's competitiveness. We need to complete the rooftop "photovoltaic power generation" project as soon as possible to increase the company's efficiency. We must complete the equipment for this year's new production capacity as scheduled and provide a basic guarantee for development. We must promote the implementation and construction of the "Rubber Mixing Center Project". We must promote the completion of "digitalization, intelligence, and informatization" projects and contribute to the "further growth after 30 years of Qingda". Eleven, we need to improve our execution ability. We must consistently promote reform, focus on production, and ensure safety, so that Qingda can take off with wings!
